At the beginning of everything, there must have been a first step for life itself. There are many theories about that moment, but we may never will be certain what really happened. In my little fantastic world there was a male and a female part, that carried a big treasure and left a path of life – sprung in the existence of flowers, bees and koi fish. In a black universe with light inside, a world of juicy greens and rich rivers is born.

A story about a monk meditating on a calm river.
When another boat drifts into his, he grows angry—until he sees it’s empty.
He realizes that it was he himself who filled it with anger.
From then on, he meets every person and every moment as an empty boat.
I came across this story, and it really struck a chord with me.
As usual, I had to bring it onto canvas— I love its freedom and clarity.
The water reflecting the sky mirrors how we reflect ourselves onto others.
Peace begins in the emptiness of all things.
Like they say: speaking is silver, silence is gold.
Our shoebill stork bows deeply, reminding us that kindness is always the best way to meet one another.

This Giant only brings peace along. A sleep-traveling Dreamcatcher on its mission.
A painting with many sides, more colors than you expect and a shifting effect, that starts in green, flows into petrol and lands somewhere deep down in violet. All this happening in daylight – as the light changes in the room, so does the Giant.
In the neon version you will find even more color, more life and a deep glow from underneath. The blue dots load with sunlight and glow by themselves – only the blue dots. A complete different experience in the dark – floating like dreams…

The bigger plan we all are a part of is life itself. Who you are and what you do does matter – it effects everything and everyone around you. Just as you are effected by the actions of others.
We all are perfectly special Individuals, that can stand alone. But at the same time we all are connected and depend on each other.
In my painting I want to deliver this feeling to you. The colorful layers of life.
We see a family from above, walking through a pond. The sea roses open gently for them, as they calmly walk along. Behind them they are closing again, very slowly, so no one else gets interrupted.
In the closeups you see all the lively details of this painting. There are koi fish that swim in different depths of the water – this symbolizes the many emotional categories that make us human. They glow in different strength, but they all glow. Everybody has another way to shine, but we all do – just like these koi. Without any hesitation they make room for the deer family – because why should they be in their way? Make room for those with a goal, so when you are on your path others will do the same.
Above the sea roses we find another layer, a world of frogs, that live among the rich flora. They symbolize evolution – out of the water onto land and able to live where two worlds are connected.
In the next layer you see dragonflies and butterflies, that stand for pollination and the source of life.
Lets be aware of how our own happiness depends on the happiness of others and how our actions influence everything 💚

Nature and humanity – a story of challenge and hope💚
While humans are often responsible for the destruction of our planet, it is also humans who continuously find creative ways to protect it.
This piece reflects on the urgent issue of bee extinction and the fascinating innovation of robotic bees.
The flowers were painted together with my audience in a live painting session – a symbol of unity, diversity, and the colorful strength of nature 🌸 Big thanks to everyone of you who painted a flower with me ☀️

Sometimes, the most profound advice comes from the most unexpected sources. When we keep our ears, minds, and hearts open, we allow the world to surprise us—often in ways we never imagined.
Modern medicine has given me back a part of myself—an invaluable gift.
This painting is dedicated to my surgeon Dr. Königswieser, a true master of his craft.
After he opened my ear for the first time, it felt as enormous as it appears here—wide open to sound, sensation, and the beauty of hearing once again.

The proud turtle carries a huge part of her past within the plates of her shell… Life finds a way, if you look closer at her eggs, you will see. But you have to find it in another light… not everything is always what it seems.

She Remembers.
In the temples of ancient Egypt, she was more than feline —
she was flame and shadow,
protector and destroyer,
lioness of the sun.
Bathed in gold, draped in silence,

The phone was the first piece of technology that connected us from a far distance in real time. So if there is an existing time machine, an old phone booth would make a nice portal… Would you go?
I painted us into a time where people had a great sense of style and valued some romance in the air. And of course, most important, what do we need to feel home? Cats – many cats make all times good!

How much this movie did to me, how bad it got me with all its’ plots and twists is barely to say in words. That is why I went so much in detail for this painting. It is supposed to give a lot to find, a lot to think and a lot to feel to its viewer. I painted this scene because it came to me years later, that Marla may had been a personality of him as well. Blew my mind once again!

If you feel like falling your whole life. Again and again falling into even darker places, you need something totally out of the ordinary to focus on. To grow on. Something that keeps your mind busy and out of the dark.
This is the beauty about the ‘Queens Gambit’.
Little Beth’s life already starts miserable. She learns about loss and loneliness very early and is in survive mode since she can remember. The orphanage is just another level of misery… but she finds something there, in the dusty basement – a friend and a passion. A passion so pure, that it consumes her mind.
During the story she becomes addicted to drugs and alcohol – alongside chess. She thinks she needs to be high to play the perfect game. Throughout the series we watch her falling again and again. We watch her using, watch her losing loved people. Again and again. But there is one savior in her life. The one thing that pulls her out of the dark – Chess.
In my painting I wanted to highlight exactly this. How chess becomes the light in her life. After loosing so much. After going through addictions and being in so many dark places, it is she herself who is her savior.
Beth became something like an Idol to me. All the darkness in her young life made her bulletproof. Her strength only made her stronger. I think there is barely anything that could break her anymore. I am thankful for this movie piece of art with its strong visuals – just like paintings – and perfectly chosen music.

It is time to be brave and step out of your comfort zone. Think about yourself in a different light, you are more powerful, competent, strong and important than you think!
The eagle flies higher than most of the other birds, even if it gets into a storm it will make it out stronger and soar even higher. If you spot an eagle it means all your dreams and the effort that you have put into them, become reality soon. It says that god speaks through eagles, that they are his direct bearers. So if you see one or an eagle shows up in your dreams you should keep your eyes, heart and soul open and listen real carefully to the sound of the universe. It will light your way.
All the doors will be unlocked! You already got the key.
